Delivery Times

For all "in-stock" items we offer a next day delivery service to mainland UK for orders placed before 3pm.  For large orders, we may need to send items by pallet, which may take 2-3 days to deliver.

We want to ensure that you are entirely happy with the products purchased from us. But in the event that you need to return an item all we ask is that you follow our returns policy below to ensure products are traceable and returned safely. Items containing Lithium batteries are classed as hazardous goods and must not be returned to us using your own carrier.  Due to the nature of these items any unauthorised return will be rejected.

We believe our returns procedure is very fair and in simple terms, if the items are returned in the same unused conditions as you would expect to receive a new items then we will refund the full cost of the item(s) without quibble.
